RETURN POLICY

1. If customer gets a wrong item.

2. If customer gets a damaged or faulty item.

3. If item is not as described or advertised.

 

REFUND/EXHANGE POLICY

1. If conditions of return are met, the customer gets a replacement of the returned item.

2. Only in the event where the returned item is not available or out of stock, can the customer request a change of product or full refund.

3. An exchange or refund is only valid if complain is made within 24 hours of receiving item and must be returned within 48 working hours.

4. Return/Refund/Exchange is not available for offline/walk-in orders. Please always inspect your purchase properly upon pick up.
