Returns and Exchange

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All sales of our makeup products, skincare, and accessories are final. Due to hygienic reasons and persistent abuse of policies by a few, our items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If eligible, certain orders can be exchanged for store credit

Damaged or Defective Product

If an item you receive appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 of receiving your order. You can send a DM to @nanahawabeautystore on Instagram. You should indicate your Order Number and a photo of the product. NHBS reserves the right to refuse store credit refund/replacement if the claim stretches beyond the 48 hours period since receiving. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for replacement of the same item or store credit in terms of our loyalty points. Please allow our representatives up to 48 hours to approve this request.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

All orders once placed cannot be edited or changed due to our internal processes with the warehouse. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed as all sales are final. Please email or send a DM to @nanahawabeautystore on Instagram indicating your Order Number for cancellation.
